Personal Training

1-2-1 and small group personal training offers tailor made sessions which include a free consultation. This is a perfect tool to increase confidence in the gym on a one to one basis and reach specific training or physique goals. Benefits of this are weekly weigh in (if desired),  four-weekly body composition analysis, nutrition plan in addition to ongoing coaching and support.
